EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Need the package in a hurry? Express shipping is available!
USPS Priority Mail, UPS Next Day Air/2nd Day Air/3-Day Select are all available options for an additional fee. 


   ***DISCLAIMER***   

It is not guaranteed that your package will arrive on the estimated date. If your package does not arrive on the expected date, refund for the shipping cost will not be issued. 

*** USPS Priority Mail advertises that they can deliver the package within 1-3 business days, but it is not guaranteed. PRIORITY Mail only means that USPS will prioritize it over all the standard mail classes (i.e. First Class). However if they are experiencing a high volume of packages, then it could possibly take longer than 3 business days.

*** UPS Next Day Air/ 2nd Day Air/ 3 Day Select: If you are absolutely in a hurry and need a certain product in the immediate future, we highly recommend selecting any of the UPS expedited shipping options. Although more costly, UPS generally has a very high success rate in delivering the package(s) in the estimated time frame, or in some occasions, even sooner.


    LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE

By shopping online at WWW.PROCIETYSHOP.COM, the customer assumes the risk of lost or stolen packages. 

PROCIETY ships with delivery confirmation. If the tracking number status shows as delivered, PROCIETY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Any issues with an order once item is scanned as delivered will have to be handled directly between the shipping company (i.e. USPS, UPS) and the buyer.


If your shipping address is susceptible to package thefts, we highly recommend one of the 2 options below:

A) Select "IN-STORE PICK UP" option at check out

B) Select "Standard Shipping (+SIGNATURE REQUIRED)" option at check out. 

**** Please beware, if you choose the "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" option, somebody must be present at the shipping address at time of delivery in order to sign for the package. If nobody is available to sign for the package, then you will need to contact your local USPS Post Office or UPS Store location to retrieve your package. Generally USPS and UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. If you do not accept the package within that time period and the package gets returned to to shipper, you will be incurred an additional shipping fee to have it re-shipped back to you (Market value shipping costs will be applied). 


     RETURNS

*** CERTAIN EXCLUSIVE DROPS MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE (it will be stated  on the product detail page. There will be a notice stating that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" or similar.)

*** Any orders that exceeds 4 units will not automatically qualify for returns. In such case, returns will be granted on a case-by-case basis. 

*** If we suspect that any item or group of items are being purchased for resale purposes, return requests will be denied.

Granted that the product the customer purchased qualifies for a return, the customer has up to 30 days from date of purchase to request a return. 
There will be a $5.00 return fee for any headwear, t-shirts, and accessories (i.e. pins, etc.) -- $5.00 per item 
There will be a $10.00 return fee for any Sweaters, Jackets, and Jerseys. 



The customer also has the option of returning the product to our brick-and-mortar store at no additional cost. 

The return package must be returned before the given return shipping label expires. If the package is not returned prior to the shipping label's expiration date, the customer will be required to purchase another return label either from Prociety or from their local shipping company. 

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
If the item is returned not in its original condition, or the original tags and stickers are missing, then we reserve the right to reject the return, and we will send the item back to you. If we choose to reject the returned item, we will issue an invoice for the shipping label used to send the item back to the customer. Customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment being sent back to the customer. The said item will not be shipped until customer has fully paid the shipping invoice. 

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.


     EXCHANGES

The customer has 30 days from date of purchase to request for an exchange.


If a customer wants to exchange sizes, there will be a $10.00 flat fee per shipping label issued.

You may exchange sizes at our brick-and-mortar store at no additional cost. 

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your exchange is granted.

     DEFECTS     

Customer agrees and accepts when placing orders that all merchandise purchased from Prociety may come with some degree of imperfections. Minor degrees of imperfections will not be deemed as "defects". 

Major and obvious defects will be eligible for free returns.

Prociety has the right to determine what is considered "defect." 
If the product is not determined as "defective", the customer will be subject to a return fee.
